Our Story
Executive Gourmet Creations is a full service catering company located in Brickell Miami Florida. We offer a wide variety of services to our clientele which includes special event planning and consulting. Our services extends throughout south Florida and beyond. Our goal is to exceed our clients expectations.
Executive Gourmet Creations was created by Chefs Mark Wright and Oren Gayle, both of whom have worked for a number of years in the Hospitality Industry and have worked in management positions at some of the finest hotels in including the famous Sandals resorts in Jamaica, the Maho Beach Hotel in St. Maarten and the Hyatt Hotels to name a few.
Meet the Team
Chef Mark Co Founder
Chef Mark is the co-founder of Executive Gourmet Creations. He has spent over a decade travelling the globe refining his skills alongside sever highly reputable culinary experts. Chef Mark has worked with some of the finest hotels and restaurants such as the famous Sandals Resorts and The Hyatt Hotels to name a few. Chef Mark prides himself in the preparation and presentation of his irresistible gourmet meals. His specialty is creating Artisan gourmet delights for the most discerning pallets.
Chef Oren Co-Founder
A native of St Catherine, Jamaica, Oren Gayle found his calling to create unique cuisine while as a student at Dinthill Technical in Linstead. He was inspired by his grandmother Ethel who encouraged him to pursue what he enjoy as there was no limit to perfecting his dreams. He later enrolled in the renowned Art Academy – Food and Beverage Management program in Above Rock and embraced his new career with a passion. Upon graduation he worked at Hot Pot Restaurant as the Head Chef and at 2D Catering as the Event Manager. Chef Oren’s dream of opening his own business was realized when he created a unique cuisine concept called Knife and Fork, which catered for business lunches and special events for top executives . He later moved to Miami, Florida as Chef and co-founder of the Executive Gourmet Creations.
